Application: fpoho app

Modern application for using electronic employee benefits from the Slovak company DOXX - Meal Vouchers.

• The application is intended for holders of a physical fpoho Card and for users of fpoho vouchers and coupons.
• After downloading and activating the application, the mobile phone becomes a virtual fpoho Card, with the same parameters as the physical fpoho Card.
• Both the physical fpoho Card and the application can be used at any time.
• The application is used for active payments, searching for all fpoho products' branches, and checking electronic benefit balances.
• The application is free of charge.

How to start using the fpoho app:

• Step 1: Download the "fpoho app" application on an Android mobile phone.
• Step 2: A unique activation code and PIN for the application are available in the accompanying leaflet with the fpoho Card or in the cardholder's online account at https://fpoho.sk/#drzitel-karty.
• Step 3: Enter the activation code in the open mobile application.
• Step 4: Enter the PIN code.
• Step 5a: You can now conveniently make payments directly with your mobile phone (Android with NFC).
• Step 5b: You can now check balances on your fpoho Card at any time (Android without NFC).

The application requires a minimum Android version of 6 (Marshmallow) for operation.

For active payments, the application requires an active NFC function.

The NFC function is not required for passive balance checking.

• Allows mutual transfer of eMeal Voucher balances between cards, template overview.
• In case of need, you can quickly switch to a stored bank card in the mobile app.
• A single fpoho Card can be activated in multiple mobile phones with the app.

• News, important information in messages.

• The fpoho Card is a carrier for all modern electronic benefits from DOXX - Meal Vouchers company: eMeal Vouchers, eBenefit Coupons, and Recreational Vouchers.

• A free online account on https://fpoho.sk/#drzitel-karty offers options for managing and controlling your fpoho Card: current balance and validity of electronic products, payment and transaction overview, PIN change, card blocking, setting email notification, transfer between cards, and more.

• The cardholder receives email notifications about activities related to their fpoho Card when set through their online account associated with the card.

• When using a POS terminal, it automatically determines whether the cardholder is paying for meals or other products and services.
